Profile Description

I have been supporting a Financial Application (JD Edwards World - a product of Oracle). The financial Module incldes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Addressbook.
I have also work as a article writer in one company. I have good command of the English Language both Written and verbal/ I also have previous experience in the Field of Account Management where I handle all the accounts of the company. This task includes retaining current client and proposal preparation for clients with near-ending contracts. I also did Customer Service where I attend to customer complaints, resolve issues and escalate if necessary.
I had also worked under Marketing department where the main task is to formulate and conceptualize marketing campaigns for audio video and print campaigns. I also had experience in Business Management where I am part of the management Team running the operation of the business. Task includes profit maximization, Cost Reduction and limited Human Resource functions.
