Back in college I have learned to do HTML programming and still retained the basic programming for HTML until now. I finished a course that is related to computers and accountancy. That being said, I can work good on Microsoft Office applications. I also have worked as a technical support representative for one of US's biggest Internet Service Provider and Phone service Provider. I pretty much have a good background on how the Internet world works. I was also given the opportunity to man a team of 8-10 Publishing Consultants in one of US's self-publishing houses. This job enhanced my telemarketing skills and boost my confidence in speaking the widely used language, English since I report to my American bosses every end of the week and month. I also do coaching for sales and quality to the members of my team. With all these being said, I think i am more confident to do the job that's being offered that would fit my ability and skills.
