Profile Description

I have been working in the Local Government detailed in Commission on Audit for
nine (9) years now.
My responsibilities are to examine its accuracy and fair presentation of the book of accounts, balance sheets, income statement and government equity
I assist in the cash examination which is conducted every semester.
I verify the balances of the Cash on Hand, by examining random checking of collection base from the Official Receipt issued and then recorded in the cash book, from cash book to deposits found in the bank.
I also examined the Cash Advance account to determine if transactions were done according to accounting rules and regulations taking into account proper supporting documents to every disbursement made.
I also do bank reconciliation to determine the accuracy of the bank balance in the cash books and accounting ledgers.
I also facilitate meeting and semestral audit conference using my knowledge in computer, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
I am in some instance I was task to be a team leader in some cash examination done in different government agencies handled by our team.
I manage to create and initiate new system to facilitate fast and easy technique to finish a task.
