I have worked in a local call center for 5 years and most of my experience comes from my job as a team leader.
I had handled customer service frontline agents in a cable billing account.
Quality call evaluations, coaching, first call resolution validation, customer satisfaction reports had been part of our daily tasks.
I am currently an full time home based contractor for a year now, I am working as an executive assistant to a real estate investor.
I can do part time jobs to boost my financial income and to cover my free time.
