I began my career as a Technical Support Representative for 2 years which requires us to remotely troubleshoot computers and respond to chat/
I have also worked as Customer Service Representative under a Telecommunication Company for almost 2 years too. My work experiences has developed my typing and multi tasking skills very well.
I have now been working as Provider Credentialing Specialist since December 2016. Processing initial credentialing and recredential applications. I ensure that applications assigned meets the State and Federal requirements and scrubbed in a timely manner
