I've spent the first 3years as a Subject Matted Expert and have skills in providing excellent service over the phone, chat and email for Hotel, Flight and Activities reservations. I also know how to work with Excel, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. I also know how to do Basic or advance troubleshooting for simple networking both home and business products as to where the next two years I had is spent with Technical support Engineer for a well-known company.
