Profile Description

I am a retired Executive Virtual Assistant with my 10-years employer from Miami, FL. He has diverse business ventures primarily on luxury homes and condos vacation rentals, alongside with his business on manufacturing and distributing PPEs to state departments, healthcare providers, and hospitals and with buying and mining Bitcoins.
I assist in hiring, facilitate training and orientation, provide technical support and aides in the leading and controlling of employees.
I serve in putting and maintaining and updating systems to manage over 150 vacation rental properties through cloud-based reservation and guest management software. As well as establishing procedures and tools for project development, team directions and on the completion of weekly tasks. Before that, I was a technical school manager here in the Philippines. I work closely with TESDA (Technical Education Skills and Development Authority) in our area from program registration of technical courses to implementation and management of technical schools. I have grown from a teacher to a department head, then to a building administrator and finally to a manager in my academic field in 8 years. 
I quickly understand instructions and requirements, highly trainable, and very resourceful. I am determined, disciplined, diligent, and organized at work. I believe that the quality and quantity of work I promise to deliver to my employers is one of those they like most. I hope to also to provide you my promised service.
