Profile Description

I am an experienced virtual assistant and has work with a realtor in the US. I do the listing part by starting with ordering sign up online and utilities for REO properties and create listing form package for Traditional properties.
Then when the seller wants the property listed, I add the property in MLS basing from the exterior and interior photos. At the same time upload those photos and the documents for offer submission.
I also the BPOs and MSRs for REO properties until those properties are sold. For under contract properties I follow up contracts especially loan status for non cash financing properties. When all files are in, I compile them in our transaction management system for record keeping.
