Profile Description

I have a lot of experience in academic writing and consultancy during my two and a half years of employment in Total Net Research and Marketing. My job involves providing professional research and writing services to clients. Some of my areas of expertise are Political Science, Philosophy, Ethics, Law, Business, Investment,
Finance, and Technology. In the said work, I utilized academic journals, government documents and other publications to accomplish client's job requirements. I also handled customer issues on a daily basis and deal with them directly through our online messaging system and I managed to implement professional and courteous approach in dealing with finicky clients. I fulfilled personal specifications of customers to increase client satisfaction and retention. I have a mastery of using Microsoft Office products namely Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Personally, I am also an avid user of mobile technology, more specifically Android. In the past year, I was able to used more than 15 mobile phones that are powered by Android. I have an extensive knowledge in apps that can be obtained from the market and other non-market sources. I also possess the skills and knowledge to root and install custom roms to different Android units. I learned these skills by extensive reading brought by my great interest in the Android Technology
I also have experience in making and maintaining online blogs. Before my employement, I personally own a domain that contains my own writings. In the said site, I am responsible not only in the contents but also in the maintenance of the webpages and its design.
