The applicant has nearly a decade of experience and track record in development programs management, report writing and article writing with special expertise on: (i) programs implementation, monitoring and evaluation; (ii) community organizing; (iii) organizing and facilitating workshops and roundtable discussions; and (iv) projects/programs documentation.
He has managed to successfully implement, raise funds, grow a small team’s capacity to handle a region-wide inclusive education program anchored on the principles of disability rights and inclusive development, later replicating and expanding the program in major, strategic locations in Luzon through aggressive fundraising, delivering groundbreaking results, instituting solid grassroots organizations and maintaining policy-level networking with top Department of Education officials. He also has worked on several social and development issues, including among others, poverty alleviation, women’s and children’s rights, and environmental protection; and has solid experience on providing technical support for training programs and social science researches.
