Profile Description

Prepare project documentation: Project plans, Status reports, Change Requests, Quotation, Project Proposal etc.
Manage all aspects of project: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication.
Work closely with the Product Lead, communicate with team and stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure project requirements are met and understood.
Manage all project-related requests.
Establish expectations, draft schedules, and communicate testing issues
Recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing documents.
Maintain and secure an orderly filing system.
Check and analyze Reservation Agreement of the client.
Receive and encode post dated check (monthly amortization).
Update and monitor availability and production chart.
