I have worked as a workforce manager in my previous job, which required me to provide trend analysis and KPI goal setting to help drive operational efficiency. I've created and updated report templates for my team (interval reports, absenteeism reports with individual, team, site information broken down into daily, weekly, and monthly data). I'm very well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
As for my other skills, I write blog entries in Wordpress and Tumblr. I would say that my Wordpress knowledge is pretty basic, however I make it a point to read forums in order to gain more information about the platform. I also utilize Adobe Photoshop in editing photos.
