The word "awesome" gets tossed around a lot these days, but you'll be happy - maybe even ecstatic - to learn that it bears its full, intended meaning when I use it to describe myself as a writer. How can I afford to be so confident in my skills? Here are a few reasons:
1. Impeccable English skills - Too often, we encounter subpar writers dipping their feet into freelancing waters. In fact, the sheer volume of lesser talent tends to overwhelm the selection of truly good writers posting in Craigslist. You won't find any of those embarrassing grammatical/spelling errors with me. I've worked as an editor in every level of education as well as professionally, and I assure you my English skills surpass even those of native English speakers.
2. Creative - Creativity captures a reader's imagination and leaves a lasting impression, which often leads to return hits. I consider myself a veritable word ninja wielding twin swords of good taste, guided by the ancient spirit of out-of-the-box thinking. If you're looking for a unique voice to stand out from the crowd, you've found one.
3. Adaptable - Flexibility is often an issue when hiring writers - some excellent writers simply can't adjust to the voices their clients require. I consider writing the work of actors and as such, writers must be able to internalize a variety of different tones and personalities when producing work. I'm not too shabby an actor, if I may say so myself.
If you think your business could benefit from my awesome, awesome writing skills, please feel free to reply to my ad. I can provide writing samples upon request, and you can get a better idea of how good a fit I'll be with your company.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
