I started working in BPO industry since 2006. I worked as technical support representative, catering adsl and wireless internet connection of a British company. Looking for a greener pasture, I decided to look for a different company. Luckily was able to work as customer representative for an American account catering Health coverage and processing orders of medicines. Due to financial constraint that the company’s offering, I decided to look for a high paying company. Again, I was able to work as technical support representative for ADSL internet connection for American and Australian account. Prior to these, call center experiences, I worked as secretary under the supervision of government school teacher.
