Profile Description

I am good in isolating causes of Internet connection related troubles in one's home network. I am also knowledgeable in configuring or setting up e-mail clients like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, windows mail and windows live mail. I am also well familiar with the different graphical user interface of different modems and routers specially Linksys routers. I can also operate and use in any Microsoft office applications. Computer problems (desktop or laptop) can also be an easy task for me in any windows operating system (XP, Vista, and & 7) , such as different driver problems, windows updates issues, any software issues and hardware failures, as I've worked as an Advanced Support Specialist (Technical Supervisor)
with Hewlett-Packard in a Call Center Industry. Photo editing can also be included as one of my skill as i do know a little about Photoshop and
still trying learn it by myself.
