Profile Description

I have excellent in oral and written communication skills. I also know the basics in Management and Accounting. I have experienced formal writing like business plan, marketing proposals, social science surveys, investigatory projects and business management case studies while I was at school. I also did online jobs before for Eternal Marketing as an e-book writer for different topics.
I am experiences in personal computer use, including the following software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and SPSS.
My last job was with a BPO company as a Technical/Customer Service Representative so I am also equip with taking care of customers over the phone and following the process flow for handling people.
