I became part of the call center industry way back in 2006 as Customer Service Representative where I assisted customers in their billing inquiries, do upselling, etc. I became a Technical Service Representative too where I assisted customers in their DSL internet connection. Now, I am currently working as Data and Voice Services Manager where I manage a project to be created until it completes.
