in favorable circumstances, i was able to work in a theme park in California as a games attendant for my on-the-job training in school. it really enhanced my communication skills as we had to always converse and build rapport with the customers. with having this experience, i was able to apply what i have learned with my job at a call center company as a technical support representative. aside from working with the obvious technical work, we also had to deal with being a customer service representative and deal with customers
inquiries with sales and billing. and lastly to lessen their frustrations, we always had to converse and build rapport with them. having this 2 jobs with foreign people, i would want to have a job where i can use this skills to use.
