Profile Description
I have been working online for almost 3 years now as a customer service representative in an online selling US Based Company. I do inbound and outbound calls, process orders by phone, assist customer's inquiries via phone or email.
Furthermore, I was also tasked to do product content, searching for the specifications or descriptions and images of the products advertised in the company's website. I am familiar with the html though not an expert. I know MS office. I know very well how it is to work at home ( remotely ) and I am liking it.
