The interest and motivation at work and considerable experience are what I have possessed. I work well with people and enjoy getting the work at hand completed.I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Cisco Consumer Products and had to receive calls about the replacement of the products, inquiries, refunds and any other customer complaints. I have to cater calls with its different support(RMA,shoplinksys,Flip Support, Ecommerce). I had also experienced working online as an Admin Assistant wherein I receive calls of inquiry, assist customers' needs and has to do some data entries. I am also good at telemarketing where I call clients to introduce our company and give them ideas about our services. I am very open to new opportunities and would love to learn for more.
