I have been with the call center industry, Teletech, since December 2008. I started as a customer service representative and was promoted as a Team Lead after 2 years. I handled a team of 20 agents and my responsibilities include: coaching all agents once per week, making their weekly and monthly scorecards, conducting the agents' 3rd and 5th month reviews, attending key client meetings, taking in supervisor and customer calls, auditing the agents' calls, and making sure that agents are passing the required metrics.
