For 10 years i have worked in the field of customer relation/service , as a field agent I have worked with clients on face to face, or personal;ly and has learn the importance of responsibility and hardwork., I have resiged from my job, since i was looking for a much better paying job as to support a family with 2 kids, i tried looking for a job as call center agent , I would do inbound and outbound calls, appointment setting was mostly of what i do.
