I used to teach in review classes for those who are preparing for the Medical Coding certification exams.

I have a total of over 9 years experience in a BPO industry. I've been an Outbound Sales Representative for 4  years. I am exposed in healthcare field doing various tasks such as setting up an appointments, selling, training, recruitment, running daily operations etc. I first worked as an appointment setter, screening small company owners before booking a meeting with one of our sales representatives. I have also done an online presentation for a medical coding company in the U.S. I started as appointment setter prior to becoming a Sales Upgrade to see actual info my day to day interactions with my clients, I had developed skills and fresh ideas that are necessary in Sales Tactics and customer relations and communication. I was able to sold great deal of products and services using these skills that my company even rewarded me as the "Employee of the Year 2016" and was deemed pivotal in the company's sales growth.

I have also experienced in processing referrals, verifying the insurance of the patients, sending and receiving medical records requests, investigating denied claims, filling out the OASIS-E form, etc.
After more than 9 years in the office setting, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to shift my career and work remotely from the comfort of my home. Why? Because I wanted to spend more time with my 73-year-old Mom. I have been away with my family since I started working, I only have time to be with them for a limited period of time during my PTOs. That’s part of being an adult, yes. However, if there’s a will, there's a way, as most people say.
