I have been in the call center industry for 12 years and has learned a lot about multi-tasking and adhering to the deadlines given to me. I have handled a team of people with different types of personalities and adjusted to their personalities to maintain a harmonious relationship with them at work. I create reports of my team's performance using MS word and power point so I am very comfortable using those applications. I am also familiar with Wordpress, although I still cannot consider myself as an expert at it at the moment. I type above the average speed and has a keen attention to grammar and spelling. I usually write things about my personal experiences and insights about things and situations in general. I am passionate with what I do and a fast learner, too. I can adapt/flex depending on what is needed from me to finish the job on time and can definitely work with minimal supervision. I am currently residing in Dubai, UAE but has a lot of free time after work so I'd like to have a part time job and eventually be an asset in building your business.
