I have been teaching English to Korean students for 3 years now, 2 of which are online based wherein students from their homes in Korea study with me privately through Skype. On the other hand, the first year of my teaching experience involved working in Level Up Enrichment Center, an English Center for Koreans here in Davao City. I've been teaching mostly basic grammar usage and conversation to students ranging from 6 to 48 years of age. I have proficient skills in both oral and written English.
I have a typing speed of at least 58 words per minute, and I enjoy editing essays for my students. I also like writing my own essays, but currently, only as a hobby.
With my previous working experience as a recruitment assistant for 3 years in an overseas recruitment company, JS Contractor, Inc., I have developed my interpersonal skills, dealing with different kinds of applicants from different places, careers or profession and with different personalities. I have also acquired more skills concerning Business Correspondence and the Internet, as well as MS Word, Excel, and occasionally, PowerPoint.
I've had a part-time experience in two call centers here in our city, G-Com and Global Translogic, wherein I was in charge of both taking and making calls to customers, either taking orders or answering their queries and assisting them with their needs.
I can easily be trained and I work to the best of my efforts. I want a stable job wherein I can exhaust my skills to the fullest, to allow myself to be an asset to your organization.
“It definitely helped transform my business and take a significant load off for me.”
