I am proficient with the English language, both written and oral.
I am also a multi-tasker. Having worked in the bpo industry for a year or so, I have gotten used to doing several tasks at the same time, such as speaking to clients over the phone and typing on the computer and navigating systems all at the same time. I am very organized, so I like my work done in a systematic and outlined manner. I am also meticulous in anything I do, so I pay close attention to details. Also, I am easily taught; I pick up instructions quickly and I can easily process new ideas and information. I can also type 45 wpm.
