Profile Description

I am a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in Information Technology.
I am currently working as a Senior Financial Analyst in a multi-national corporation. I complete financial variance and ad hoc analysis under the direction of the US-based and local counterparts, by effectively utilizing information and software systems available. I also work with the US-based teams in the development and implementation of creative, practical, and cost-effective recommendations for process improvement. Areas to include Capital Expenditures, report automation, Sales Force review, headcount analysis, DSO review and bad debt management.
Also, as a Projects Specialist in a multi-national company previously, I prepare technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management. I also obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contractual information to project stakeholders, and these tasks are guided by well defined procedures and precedents thus require minimal job supervision.
I also worked as a Senior System Consultant on a top IT Company for two years, and this gave me the opportunity to further explore the Information Technology universe. I provided customer support, operations and programming services, including design, coding and testing, related to software development using my advanced knowledge in Microsoft Visual C# and Microsoft SQL Server. Currently, I am personally studying Web Development using Microsoft Web Developer 2010 with ASP.NET 4 and C#.
Also, I have experienced working in the treasury department of a company, as a Cash Management Assistant. It gave me the opportunity to handle the Cash Flow Statement of the company. I have also been given the responsibility of the Cash Management Special Projects by formulating ways on how to maximize the speed and efficiency of processes using computer languages, particularly Visual Basic for MS Excel. With this job, I have been given the opportunity to use SAP systems, and also been given the responsibility to coordinate with a SAP Consultant in developing various projects related to our reporting.
Also, my on-the-job training as an audit staff in an accounting firm in our city, gave me the much needed experience to further enhance my knowledge in auditing matters. I have enjoyed the challenge of continuously applying the best accounting practices to help deliver the firms goals.
Additionally, I took a short-course in Computer Database Programming at a respectable IT school in the Philippines. With this additional knowledge, I would greatly enhance the efficiency and speed of my work.
Furthermore, I have been to a reputable school, undergone an extensive training in accounting, finance, and management functions, has an attitude for excellence, hardworking, fast-learner, patient, efficient, able to multi-task, proactive, creative and I work well with others.
