In my position as Recruitment Specialist for NCH Corporation, one of the leading global manufacturers of specialty maintenance products, I effectively sourced candidates, reviewed resumes and assessed candidates’ suitability for managerial, sales, technical and non-technical positions.
Also, I efficiently performed other tasks as part of the recruitment, training and business development team.
Similarly, in my position as Recruitment Specialist for Callbox Inc., an award winning sales and marketing solutions company, I performed extensive tasks related to recruiting and sourcing applicants. I maximized the use of the internet for online job postings, performed initial interviews for outbound sales, management and various IT positions, and implemented effective recruitment strategies for job fairs. Hence, while working with Callbox, I generated a substantial increase in the amount of applicant sign ups in the organization’s online database
Aside from these, I also had an internship with Etelecare Global Solutions (now Stream Global Services), I was given certification as a preliminary interviewer wherein I evaluated applicants at the recruitment office and at numerous off site job fairs. I was also very much proficient in utilizing Taleo, the organization’s database software program.
