For being in the BPO industry for 4 years i learned a lot of skills and one of it is to posses really good communication skills and can communicate well with different people
Polite and soft spoken; do not get flustered easily and can handle rude customers as well
Good at understanding various accents and dialects, so can communicate with them in an efficient manner.Can solve all the customer queries in a fast and efficient manner without taking too much of their time. Also, good at making sales calls, as I have ample experience in product selling as wellCan patiently explain details to the customer in a way that they understand easily
Comfortable working in various shifts. Work well within a team and am capable of taking over leadership responsibilities as well if the situation demands it. Won the company sales target awards multiple times. Good at using computers and other softwares used by companies for phone conversations. Comfortable in target oriented jobs. I also handled technical account that helps me be good with all kinds of technology and software and can easily explain procedures to customers. Posses a good memory and can learn about many different products and their specifications. Good listening skills and can hear and understand everything loud and clear
Am patient with customers who are not technologically inclined and can carefully guide them on their queries. Like to work in team atmosphere and can get along with other colleagues as well
Willing to help out colleagues and can also teach the newer employees.Won the employee of the month awards three times in my previous job. Also got a four-star rating from all the customers whose queries I sorted out.Maintain a good follow up on all the customers even after having sorted out their queries.Organized and like to apply the same organized attitude in my work.Willing to learn many things and this has helped a lot in this profession.
