Profile Description

I have previously worked as both a Technical Support and Customer Service representative in the past using email and chat mediums. I was also a Moderator / Expert for Windows Live Solutions Center which was a forum based website aimed at researching various issues with the Windows Live products and searching for ways to resolve them.
I've also done website building using purely notepad as well as using website builders in the past back in my high school and college days. I was able to put this into use during my days as an Expert for Windows Live as I created a internal database for our team.
I'm a bit techie, testing out software and new computer products during my free time. In fact, I currently have Windows 8 installed in a dual-boot configuration on my PC right now.
Currently I'm working part-time for Scribie, both transcribing files as well as reviewing / editing already transcribed files.
