Profile Description
I had been with customer service for almost 5 years. I was a CSR for a cargo company in Singapore. I was working as a fragrance adviser more commonly known as sales person of perfume in a shopping mall environment. I was a back office agent for a US telecommunication company wherein we process orders. I also worked for an Australian account of a mobile phone manufacturer wherein we answer customers inquiries and give them assistance by guiding them through the troubleshooting process for mobile phones. I had a live chat experience where I wherein we sell home phone, high-speed internet, TV and mobile phone services.
I can fluently speak and write in English, and writing is one of my hobbies. I have not done any writing job, I am willing to learn and try this field.
