 Work experience:

2+ years office-based outbound and inbound collections agent. Negotiated and building skills. Effectively adapt to customer situations using listening skills, ability to empathize, and provide alternative solutions to help resolve the customers issue. Worked in EST, handled customer throughout America. Kept track of information through a company-owned CRM tool.

Also, I have experience in an office-based shared-service set-up. Accounts receivables; business-to-business shared services collection of. Handled assigned portfolio of American hospital accounts and coordinated with account payables and/or superior officer in taking care of past due amounts. Professionally conversed through phone and e-mail to resolve customers’ delinquency via root cause ---------- ed a variety of tools to track accounts and update company’s ---------- nt daily and weekly report of accounts’ statuses.

I've previously worked home-based as a business-to-business appointment setter for different campaigns/products for 4 months while in a remote location in the Philippines.

I can be very flexible from making articles to making graphic designs. I can be a transcriber and even a translator of the native language, Tagalog, into English.For magazine/yearbook/invitation/banner layout samples, send me an email.
I am very fluent in English; I have written articles concerning software start-ups, entrepreneurship. I have also been in charge for making the whole layout and cover for school magazine issues. I am into feature and editorial articles. I can translate from Tagalog to English as well. I can also transcribe. I can romanize and write Korean characters (hangeul) but not read or translate
I am also quite knowledgeable in Photoshop, just as well in MS Office software. I use CS6, and I can say I am very advanced. I can digitally draw and make graphic designs. I have made excellently designed invitations, banners, web designs, wallpapers, and even yearbooks.
I am a careful and steady worker but that is because I am a perfectionist so I try to get every piece of my work to be at its best. I want a part-time job to help me through college, among other things.
