I'm currently based in the Philippines, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and I've been an agent and supervisor in the industry of making outbound and receiving inbound calls/chats/emails since 2008 for different purposes such as for customer service, technical support, telemarketing, sales, real estate, debt collections, lead generation, and recruitment.
