For the past 4 years
I am fully trained about the important knowledge and skills needed for customer service. I have basic experience with C++ and ACAD, I am as well proficient when it comes to any Microsoft Office tools. Been working as customer representative for a;most 4 years and trained fro more than a year already about Quickbooks. I have knowledge and experience as well abut lead generation for almost a year and
well trained and has experienced answering emails and other data entries. Been a telemarketer for 7 months where I was also competent and was able to meet quotas in time from my respective clients.
