I am proficient in both written and oral english. I am also competent in computer stuff, MSWord, Excel and Powerpoint. I also troubleshoot my own computer and gadgets both its software and hardware. I have worked in Convergys, one of the world's leading outsourcing companies and have worked as a Customer Service Representative: Tier 2 for Sprint. This gives me an edge in dealing with American clients who are on the go. I am knowledgeable in dealing with stuff in the internet, have also tried blogging. I attempted to write a book before about my college life and love life as well but it is still on progress. I am a writer for Nexus, the official publications of the Carolinian Political Science Society and have articles published in the publication. I am also keen on details. I don't settle for mediocrity, I always see to it that I live up to the expectations of the clients and try to perform beyond what is expected. I am always up for a challenge.
