I do have a background in customer service and Accent and Communication Training. I worked for ICT Marketing Services Inc. which was an International Call Center that Catered to American Clients in The US. I also worked for NCO Philippines as a Project Based CSR during the Holiday Ram for 2 consecutive year. Right now I am currently the head trainer of a Non-Profit training center that teaches English to potential call center applicants. We also help with the development of their communication skills as well as their confidence and self-esteem. I have a very convincing Native American accent and I can also teach basic grammar but my specialty is Customer Service and Speech & Accent training. I can commit my two hundred percent to whatever task I am assigned to.
