Honestly, I don't have any background on customer service but I have lots of friends working as a customer service representative that's why I know something about this field. Eventhough I don't have such background, I believe that newbies like me are easier to train and I am very eager and willing to learn everything about this area. I am a fast learner. I have a pleasant and clear voice. I am computer literate (windows environment) and attentive to details. And lastly, i can work full time and can start anytime.
