Hello! My name is Sid and I'm a customer obsessed millennial with 15 years of experience in customer service settings, always ready to accept challenges and breathes customer service. My experience as a call center agent for almost a decade helped me sustain work in different time zones and become accustomed to helping customers from around the globe. I have been working remotely since 2012 so I know how to thrive in working autonomously but I also value teamwork.

I run my freelance business full time and perform all work on my own. I'm good at meeting deadlines, I ask questions a lot and I am always up for continuous learning. My dream destinations are Hawai'i, Maldives, New York, Beijing, Holy Land and Iceland. A few years from now, I'd like to own a co-working space with a second floor hostel so I can employ underprivileged women in my city and still continue my freelance business.
