Some of the things that I do are supervising and coordinating to a team of Technical Service Representatives. I value consistency in figuring things out to meet expectations of clients where in knowledge, skills, and behaviors required in the job are demonstrated. In addition, I greatly value efficiency handling assigned duties and responsibilities and desires achievement in all established goals and objectives with solid, value-added performance. On top of that, I find importance on meeting key performance metrics on my sub-ordinates through coaching, mentoring and counseling them. Moreover, I am dedicated and committed to continually improving performance for the long term benefit of the client.
