I have been working in the Call Center Industry for almost three years now. My specialty is on technical and customer support. I receive calls from customers who has problems with their subscription and I find the most prompt and efficient way to resolve the issue at hand.
I have also worked as an assistant to my brother ever since I was in college. I mainly handle his calendar, manage the database of his clients to make sure that all of the information are up-to-date. In addition I also coordinate with some of his clients to follow up on some projects.
