I started working in a hotel industry for 5 years, assigned in the marketing department calling our hotel members and prospects providing world class service and promoting hotel's superb amenities and awesome food. My customer service skills and people skills was honed and also does administrative task using microsoft word,excel and even powerpoint for presentations to members. My excellent customer service continues as I joined the call center industry last 2003 up to present. Started as an associate, handling customer's enquiry and educating them on their products and services.My first account was a Telephone Service in the USA, followed by a digital imaging company in the same country, honed my english communication skills, problem solving skills and decision making skills. Due to my superb performance by surpassing client given metrices, I was appointed as one of the Team Leader and their started my new role up to present. Handled 15-18 associates, work directly with them, coaching them on how to meet and surpass client metrices. work closedly with different departments such as Human Resource, Training and even Facilities.Worked with the operations manager and client, does regular meeting and presentations.
