I have been with a stable BPO company and working for them as techinical support agent for microsoft, specifically for Windows Office programs ( 2003-2010) and I will be trained for MAC version and windows 8 soon. Good customer service skills plus technical knowledge is the best thing that every customer should experience and thus a key gaining their trust.
Web-browsing is part of my lifestyle everyday. I could conduct research or an answer to any random thing that I would think of with the help of my portable wifi device.
About online gaming, I could easily adapt mostly in any RPG games, be it on any ps consoles, ipad and pc.
