I recently worked for a US based bank as a virtual assistant, receiving inbound calls from customers who wants to acquire loans, I provide details they need to know about the loan and how to qualify for the loan. I also handled collections call for clients who call in with outstanding balance.
I have been working in the BPO industry for the last 9 years. I have been to different LOB's such as Sales, Collections, CS and also did both inbound and outbound. I consider myself a fast-paced learner and competitive. All throughout my experience I always ensure that either I meet or exceed the expectations that is given to me.
I can work under pressure without comprising the quality of the work I do. To top it all, I can say that I can be a great asset to any company that will consider me.
