I can train people, I am a certified trainer from one of the known BPO's with a technical background. I am familiar with anitvirus software behavior and performance, I am well aware of threat distribution vectors and slight knowledge on networking.
I have the willingness to learn and perform as the job commands, I pay no attention to time as long as the job or set of jobs be done in the given timeline.
I can perform analysis and formulate a resolutions based on SWOT metrics, I can lead a team and get across performance barrier, time constraint, scarcity of resources and the likes.
