Profile Description

I worked as a Language Coach for an account and I had to make sure that the language skills of the agents we're supportive and driven to get really great survey scores. I had to perform other functions as well for the training department which included remediation programs for agents who failed, tons of paper work, and I was the head of the newly-hired agents' nesting program. I was promoted as Team Manager and with the new role came new responsibilities. Daily paperwork, monitors, coaching, and reporting are just some of the things I slave on. So, overall, the reasons why you'd be glad to have me in your company are my language skills, ability to manage, I am trained in teaching and coaching, and diligence in finishing paperwork.
