I have been working for almost 5 years with customer service and had 2 years experience for Insurance. I am an experienced call center agent that specializes in customer care and had appointment setting skills, good communication skills, order taking (few months only though) and was an accent neutralization trainer. i have a reliable ISP, usb headset and perfect home office. I am an on call Accent Trainer for a Debate Team in the Philippine National Police Academy (weekends only) and is currently available for any job openings.
