Actually as of right now I'm still working in a BPO company. My previous job is a resume evaluator. I evaluate if the resume used by the applicant needs some improvements so that they will be hired. I suggests some good points on how the resume can be appealing to the employer. Then from being a resume specialist, I was promoted to Quality Analyst with the same line of job. I checked if the output of the team is good. I also coached the members if they commit an error. But unfortunately the account closed. Now, I'm part of another account where specifically deals with the customer service. I know I can do all jobs as long as training or instructions will be provided. I can work with less supervision.
