• A student leader,
-an instrument in facilitating activities and becoming a liaison between the students and the administration.
-currently the outgoing President of the Paulinian Supreme Student Government SY 2011-2012, the highest governing body of the university, Auditor and Chairman for Committee of Media Presentation and Documentation (SY 2010-2011), Senator and Co-chairman for Committee of Media Presentation and Documentation (SY 2009-2010) and is awarded as one of the Top 15 Outstanding Paulinians of the Philippines SY 2011-2012.
• An advocate for nation-building and community change,
-an active student-teacher of Paulinian Volunteers for Community Development (PVCD)-TECH, a recognized organization of the university, whose members commit themselves in helping household helpers, nannies or maids of the province to learn basic computer applications literacy which happens to be a rare opportunity for them.
-he was the Press Relations Officer (P.R.O.) –SY 2010-2011 and 2nd year
Representative –SY 2010-2011 of the said community organization.
• A budding writer and a journalist,
- the outgoing Senior & Managing Editor of the campus’ official publication- The Paulinian, and was its’ Associate Editor for consecutive school years 2009-2011 and the Editor-in-chief when he entered as freshman of the university SY 2008-2009.
• A leader of Negros Oriental serving the youth,
-currently the outgoing Secretary of the League of Student Governments involving all student governments of the province, currently a member of the Youth Movement for Change, and the Secretary of Youth Advocates for Health of the Department of Health academic years 2010-2011, all supported by the province.
• An asset of his own college/department,
-the Socio-cultural officer of his batch when he was in 3rd year college SY 2009-2010 and the entire Computer Science-Information Technology department’s treasurer upon entering first year college SY 2008-2009.
• A recognized leader,
-one of the only three delegates from Negros Oriental and the only one from his university who qualified for 13th National Ayala Young Leaders’ Congress 2011, which is a national search for outstanding leaders by the Ayala Corporation, November of 2010 in Makati City. Currently he earns the title as one of the Top 15 Search for Outstanding Paulinian Students of the Philippines- covering and being selected from all Paulinian colleges/universities of the country and the university nominee to the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines.
-recipient of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines- Region 7 out of thousands of college students from Region 7 of Philippines and out of 20 finalists for the said search. He is qualified for the national search of the ten outstanding students of the Philippines covering all regions of the country’s outstanding and bright students.
• An organizer, he has organized and initiated a number of programs and events that enhances well-beings of the youth and of people like the Secondary Interschool Leadership Training (SILT).
• A trusted student recognized nationally and internationally,
-has been selectively sent to numerous contests, seminars, congresses, forums and the like, locally, nationally and internationally including the Saceda Youth Lead/SYL International program in Asia- Singapore (SIPA) last September 1-5, 2010, International Symposium on Volunteerism as Catalyst for Nation-building in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last November 27-30, 2011 and an upcoming delegate to the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Program held in Japan this April 15-25, 2012.
• A witty speaker, he has joined numerous debates like the 4th and 5th Visayas Universities Debate Championships in Iloilo and Cebu and other speech competitions regionally and school-based, a tour guide for visitors of the university, and a campus correspondent of the University for a Local cable television Program SYs 2008-2010 entitled “@Random” of FilProducts.
• An academic achiever, he has been consistently awarded as a Department Head’s Lister of his course, as well becoming the Top 1 of his class SY 2009-2010.
• A graphic designer, his concentration in the field of Information Technology revolves around designing and arts of multimedia, that in his college days in the university, he was asked and done numerous tasks for his personal growth like layout designs for brochures, tarpaulins, stickers, posters, etc.
