I had experience in working in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) was responsible for planning and executing all quality-related action of the project and ensuring they are performed properly according to pre-defined processes. And studied and analyzed client specifications and requirements; evaluated the quality output of the file based on the process flow of any given project; recommended actions or procedures on non-conformance's found that ensure accuracy requirements are met.
