I worked as a Technical/Customer Support Representative since year 2009. I have a strong background when it comes to troubleshooting internet connections, TV, phone and Xbox360. I already worked in 3 different accounts such as XBOX360, MLB.COM and AT&T U-verse as a technical support rep. I also have the experience of being an email support rep for Major League Baseball. I have been in a call center industry for 3years now and I can say that I have this customer service skills that knows how to handle different types of caller/customer. I know how to pacify irate customers, build rapport and provide excellent customer service which i can apply in my next jobs.
